Payment refund terms
A refund may be possible if a class was missed for a serious, valid reason. Valid reasons for missing a class include illness of the client, death of a close family member, accident, business trip or vacation
Refunds are made upon providing copies of documents confirming the validity of the reason for the pass (sick leave, travel documents, etc.).
A refund for a missed lesson due to a valid reason within the current month will be processed in the following month. Upon request from the client, the funds may be applied to future lessons.
